Starting with a free consultation. ACE Certified personal trainer (and third degree black-belt Aikido instructor) David Scheer will review your medical and exercise history, clarify your goals, and design a customized routine just for you.
From there, you have a number of options: working one-on-one with David on a regular basis, following your recommended routine with occasional check-ins, or by taking part in David's specialty classes like "Active Weight-loss" or "Body Sculpting Boot Camp".
