David offers the following group classes:

Active Weight Loss
As a ceritified Personal Trainer, David understands exactly what type of exercise will produce the quikest and longest lasting weight loss results. As a ceritified Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant, David is exceptionally skilled in teaching and guiding weight loss support groups. Unlike most weight loss groups, David's Active Weight Loss class is not just a bunch of talk. Participants learn about nutrition, metabolism, and the value of exercise, while moving! Class begins with the participants checking in, while gently warming up. Next David teaches the science and secrets of permanent weight loss, as the class performs metabolism boosting exercises. The last half of the class is spent playing games. This is the funnest, most popular part of the class. No skills or athletisism is required. To quote one of the Active Weight Loss students "I can't believe how easy it is to exercise when we play games. Nothing hurts. I just laugh and sweat!"

Body Sculpting Boot Camp
Push your body to new levels of strength, and endurance. Classic calisthenics, body weight exercises, and advanced conditioning routines are packed into 45 minutes of intense, non-stop body sculpting. Every muscle group will be worked to exhaustion. No disco, no salsa, no pole dancing, just straight up old fashioned exercise. This class is not for the athletically timid. If you do not want to push yourself, then DO NOT take this class. Your muscles will burn. Your heart will pound. Your lungs will scream for air. David will help you to reach fitness levels you've only dreamed of. There are only two rules in this class: 1)Do as much as you possibly can. 2) No whining!

Stair climbing at Tabor FREE!
For anyone and everyone at no charge. We meet at the northface stairs of Mt. Tabor--see our schedule for times. Ask your fitness and nutrition questions while warming up. The base of the stairs is located at 69tth and Yamhill. There are fifteen flights of stairs from base to summit and a total of 287 risers. Each participant walks, jogs, or runs at their own pace, and rest as often as needed. Real stair climbing is one of the best conditioning and fat loss exercises known. An hour of constant stair climbing burns about 1000 calories on average.
