Strength & Conditioning Package
Our strength & conditioning package is a 12 week program that is tailored to your sporting/performance needs, allowing you to train like a professional athlete. However, this doesn't mean that it is specifically for athletes, everyday gym goers can also benefit from this style of training. If you are looking to get stronger, faster, better at a sport, then this is the one for you.
This package includes an in depth training plan, along with a detailed nutrition guide, that will allow you to concentrate less on the calculations and more on your preparation and training. We offer daily communication if needed, along with a weekly round up via email.
Price: £350 for 12 Weeks
Our monthly package allows you to work with us on a month by month basis. This package includes a personalised programme with a weekly check in, and basic nutritional guidance and support.
