What is online Coaching?

Online coaching is a modern way of delivering fitness programs and lifestyle changes. This concept allows the busy people of the world the convenience of being able to access coaching wherever and whenever they can. This style of training can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, anytime, making it a very useful addition to their routine.

What do I get from this service?

Our process is simple. Whenever we receive an enquiry, we go through a consultation with potential clients to find out what they are hoping to achieve. From these forms, we can assess what your goals are and what motivation you have for beginning this journey. Once you have agreed to proceed, we will compile your custom program and send it to you via email (Payment must be made before your program is sent to you).

What will I get in my package?

This will vary depending on which package you have chosen.

Our strength & conditioning package starts with a baseline test, which allows us to gauge where your fitness levels are to begin with. We will then conduct a test at week 6 and another at week 12 to see how you have progressed throughout the 12 week period. Once your 12 week period is complete, you have the opportunity to carry on with us. If you do carry on with us we will reassess your goals and reprogram your plan.

If you go for our monthly package, you will receive a plan that runs for the month you have paid for. Once the month is over, you will either receive an altered program or your membership will end depending on if you carry on with our service.

With each package, we include a check in day, which is on a Friday. This allows us to see how you have performed during the week and allows you to ask any questions regarding your program.
